As the CEO and Founder of the LNN Company, Ricky is focused on ensuring quality customer service for all clients.

Ricky started his IT career with The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) in 2004. This opportunity served as a foundation for various IT positions that included Systems Analyst, Lead Domain Administrator, Senior IT Network Administrator, and Active Directory Administrator.

Ricky’s humble start, coupled with his extensive IT experience, eventually led to his desire and ability to establish LNN, an upcoming and competitive IT Management Company.

Ricky holds a degree from the Southwest School of Electronics and holds numerous certifications, which include A+ Certified Professional, Certified NetAnalyst, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Certified Management Professional (CMP), Administering and Deploying System Center, VMware Certified Professional 5 – Desktop, and CCNA Routing and Switching CSCO12900997.

Ricky also actively participates in several charitable endeavors, specifically the donation of his IT services to small organizations and churches in the Austin, Texas area.
